International Meeting on the Cadomian Orogeny in Iberia
Aim of the meeting
The scientific sessions will be focused on the orogenies related to the assembly of Gondwana, such as the Pan-African, Avalonian and Cadomian orogenies recorded in North Africa, eastern North America and western-central Europe across the Ediacaran-Terreneuvian. Contributions dealing with structural, magmatic, metamorphic, geochemical, palaeomagnetic and sedimentary frameworks, provenance sources, early shelly and microbial communities, and chronostratigraphic and radiometric constraints are particularly welcome.
