INFORMATION AND CONTENT
It contains a model of the territory and several rooms with display elements reflecting representative habitats together with the typical fauna of each ecosystem and the ethnographical values of the district (festivals, traditional architecture, and arts and crafts).
The centre has a specific room devoted to the Villuercas-Ibores-Jara Geopark with an exhibition of its fossils, rocks, and minerals. The visit ends with the showing of a video on the Special Bird Protection Area (ZEPA) of the Sierra de las Villuercas and Valle del Guadarranque.
The terrace of the building has a vantage point which affords views of the valley of the River Ruecas and the Cancho del Fresno Reservoir.
The outside gardens contain a small sample of the autochthonous vegetation of the district.
The rooms are accessible for the disabled.

The tour begins in the room devoted to the Geopark and ends, if this is required, with going up to the observatory on the terrace of one of the rooms.
